After the scratched and patched crummy jeans (and a rare non-denim episode, “The Bait”), Starsky switches to surprisingly neat blue jeans. No fraying, no worn patches, just neat blue denim for solid eleven episodes in a row (apart from an occasional torn knee which is gone in the next shot; bottom right, from “Silence”). Technically, there are (again) several different pairs of jeans with slightly different belt loop positions and an occasional brand tab on the back pocket (as you can see if you look closely at the butt close-ups above; in the middle from “Running”, on the right from “Terror on the Docks”), but the general style of these jeans is so consistently neat and plain blue that it is impossible to tell which pair makes an appearance in which episode. The colors look a bit different from scene to scene, but that is mostly a matter of lighting. Some pairs might actually be a slightly brighter shade of blue – again, impossible to tell. (In “Running”, Starsky briefly wears a much darker pair of jeans, but after a short ride in the Torino, he is wearing the neat blue ones again, so that’s another jeans glitch.)

All of these jeans seem to have the classic double-arc or “batwing” stitching on the back pockets that’s most familiar from Levi’s jeans (apparently they trademarked it at some point, but I bet there were and are copycats). But Levi’s is probably a safe choice for serious Starsky cosplay.
